Alpine Capital Bank is committed to safeguarding your personal information. This notice explains how Alpine
collects, protects, and shares such information. Alpine provides this notice to consumers when opening a new
account. Alpine also sends this notice to our current consumer customers each year.
Financial institutions choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the
right to limit some, but not all, sharing. Please read this notice carefully. This notice applies to current
and former consumer customers.
